About us
The name on the logo is a promise.
Mr. Rosario Construye is a renovation and design company based in Reading, PA. We renovate interiors and exteriors across Berks County — and we care as much about how a room looks and feels as how it’s built.
Our story
We put all our effort into making your plans real.
That was the idea from day one, and it still is. Today we handle everything from a bathroom floor to a top-to-bottom rowhouse renovation — but the approach hasn’t changed.
What sets us apart is the design side. Before anyone picks up a tool, we help you think through layout, materials, lighting and the details that make a space feel finished. Then we build it with the same care.
We work in English and Spanish, we’re straightforward about budget, and we stay open to ideas and changes along the way — something our clients mention again and again.

“Mr Rosario and his team ripped out very old tile and put down new flooring and baseboard molding in my bathroom. They did a great job! They were very professional, respectful, and thorough with their work. My bathroom floor looks great! I would definitely call him again for future home projects. I highly recommend him!”
